KIDS CORNER

The second target audience of IQRA Academy is to teach Islamic etiquette to kids in a fun and interactive manner. We believe that instilling in these young minds the love of Allah and Islam is the need of the hour. Several age-appropriate short courses will be launched to keep kids engaged with a focus on their learning and development. The Kids Corner Department will cater to children aged between 7-12 yrs old. The IQRA faculty will not be allowed to use IOU material but will be required to develop their own course material subject to approval by the course development department.

The following campaigns will constitute the core programs of these levels. New courses will be added under the campaigns to support the ongoing needs of education.

  1. Allah- My Creator

The objective of this program “Allah- My Creator” is to create awareness among the children about their Creator and Sustainer. It is an Aqeedah course which includes Tawhid Ar Rububiyyah, Tawhid Al uluhiyyah and Tawhid Al asmaa was sifaat. This is a crucial subject that the kids need to learn in order to build a strong faith in Allah and Islam.

  • Story Time

Everyone loves a story! This program will focus on inspiring the children through narrating stories. It will be an interactive session where the kids will be given a chance to share their thoughts. Short stories from the life of Prophets, companions, and stories from the Quran will be shared. The learning objective behind courses in this category is to teach children core Islamic values and etiquette like respect, love, patience, etc

  • Let’s Learn

The “let’s learn” program is the most important of all as it focuses on teaching kids the basics of Arabic (Qai’dah) and reading the Quran. The recitation and memorization of the last 15 chapters of the Quran will also be the main objective of this course along with a few daily supplications.   

  • Pillars of Islam

The main aim of this program is to introduce students to the fundamental principles of Islam which forms the foundation of our faith. Each pillar will be discussed in detail so the students gain knowledge of basic concepts in Islam.
